Sandy sporto boots

How often do you wear your sporto boots in sandy environments, for example on the beach or when playing Astroturf football?! I only recently had my sportos on a beach and j have to say I was impressed with their performance. The comfort obviously was second to none, and because of their durability and careful construction I can say that thankfully, unlike all the running shoes I’ve ever had, the lack of holes in the top part of the shoe means that sporto boots hold up remarkably well, and when you remove them at the end of the day you’re not drowned in sand!

Washing your Sporto Boots

Now, even though sporto boots don’t cause problems in terms of keeping sand inside them, how best can you get any sand OUT that does get into them?! Try putting them in the washing machine! This may sound mental, but as long as you keep the temperature cool (e.g. 30 degrees or so), they should be fine. Even better, they come out pristine and beautiful, as if you’d just purchased them new!
